Roland,
You are cordially invited to attend "The Making of RGM's American Caliber 801" at the NAWCC Watch and
Clock Museum in Columbia, PA, on September 20, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.
Refreshments will be served.
We will feature the premier of the short film, "Inside the Production of Caliber 801." Named for the street address of
the RGM Watch Company's workshop in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, the new movement represents a bold step in American horology, and one that owner
Roland Murphy hopes will bring international attention to his company and to the United States as a watchmaking center.
This short film will
detail the concept and the first steps of the 801. As you watch along with the RGM team, you will be thrilled to see this
American made Caliber come to life!

|
A significant number of watches that RGM produces are customized to some degree -- perhaps a custom dial, special
movement engraving, or a completely unique piece. The RGM team expects to produce personalized versions of the 801 immediately upon its
introduction. |
|
The RGM collection of timepieces and guilloché dials will be on display. Don't miss this rare and unique opportunity to
see the newly released RGM Dive Watch and the RGM "North Pointer GMT," plus much more! |
|
You are welcome to tour the museum for free during this event. The National Watch and Clock Museum was officially opened to the public
in 1977 with fewer than 1,000 items. Since that time, the collection has increased to over 12,000 items and the museum has undergone several
expansion projects. The latest expansion opened in October 1999 and featured an entirely new and redesigned exhibit space, as well as a new
two-story addition. Today, the museum is recognized as the largest and most comprehensive horological collection in North America.

From our insistence on authenticity and quality to our philosophy of customer service, RGM reflects the finest of both
the location and the heritage of our industry. No other luxury timepieces are to be found that can boast of being made with such attention
to detail and of being made in America.
We look forward to sharing that heritage with you on September 20. |
