There's no Place Like Home
thinkmarriage and Foundation for a Great Marriage is located in a
unique neighborhood in the heart of Green Bay.
Because we'd like to get to know the area and our neighbors better, we're
hosting a series of "brat frys" this summer to let more people know who we are. As we reach out to the state, we don't want to forget our own
neighborhood!
If you happen to be driving by on a summer afternoon and notice some interesting
things happening in our parking lot, stop in and have a free brat!
Next Edition...
In our next edition you will hear more about FGM staff trips to Smart Marriages in
Denver and Healthy Marriage and Responsible Fatherhood conference in Washington D.C.
As Always...

Who You Gonna Call?
We are so excited about our hot-off-the-presses Marriage Myth-Buster Guide!
Now you can be a “card-carrying” Marriage Champion with your very own
guide! Everyone is entitled to one free guide, and if you’d like more, there’s a nominal shipping and handling charge. Our goal is to
have every teen and adult in our state aware of this guide. The information inside tells the straight story of what 20 years of social science
research has shown about marriage and divorce and its affect on all of us…but it’s done in an engaging way that makes you want to read
and share with the people in your circle of influence! Get a guide and order more to get them into the hands of everyone in your church, synagogue,
community program or even the people you hang out with in the lunch room! Send your request to : info@thinkmarriage.org Put I want to be a Marriage Champion in the subject
line.

FREE MONEY, just by how you search the internet!
Tell fellow supporters of our healthy marriage movement how they can raise additional
money just by GoodSearching.
What if thinkmarriage/Foundation for a Great Marriage earned a penny every time you
searched the Internet? Well, now we can!
GoodSearch.com is a new search engine that donates half its revenue,
about a penny per search, to the charities its users designate. You use it just as you would any search engine, and it's powered by Yahoo!, so you
get great results.
Just go to www.goodsearch.com and be sure to enter Foundation for a Great Marriage or
thinkmarriage (all one word) as the charity you want to support. Just 500 of us searching four times a day will raise about $7300 in a year
without anyone spending a dime! You can easily make it your home page so you won't forget. Be sure to spread the word!
Communications Director, Michele Olson
has been invited by YOU Magazine, a Green Bay based women's
publication, to have a monthly column where people can anonymously write in questions about healthy relationships and marriages. The column is called
Ask Michele. As a result, readers of the magazine will know more about thinkmarriage.org! The editors of the magazine will pick several
questions and answers to be featured each month. The magazine is distributed free throughout the Green Bay area.
Questions for the column can be sent to: youmagazine@wisinfo.com
June 5-7th found Dixie Zittlow, Community Programs Director at Within My Reach
Training.
Within My Reach is a strategic new curriculum to improve the chances for the
economically disadvantaged to attain relationship success for themselves and their children. A training was held in Madison, WI and led by one
of the co-creators of the program, Marline Pearson. Twenty-one participants from nine different organizations and five different counties
participated. (Dane, Milwaukee, Brown, Polk and Buffalo/Pepin.)
Early Childhood Initiative of Allied St. hosted the training, provided the venue and the
lunches for all 3 days. The enthusiasm of the participants was very encouraging and Dixie looks forward to seeing this program implemented.
Because this training filled up to capacity so quickly, another training is planned for Aug.
or Sept. of 2007.
Contact dixie@thinkmarriage.org for more information.
