Six Core Threads of Operational Excellence
|
Improve Morale, Retention, and
Productivity AND
Add Million$ to the Bottom Line
Did you know Stratvisor offers customized and comprehensive Customer Service Programs, with typical results being improved morale, tenant, resident or employee retention,
and productivity that favorably impacts Tenant Retention
and relations?
Our programs include a variety of approaches, including our upcoming
eLearning for modules for Commercial and Corporate Real Estate.
The Issues
You are a building owner or manager. One or both
of these statements apply to you:
- You need a plan to attract and retain your
tenants,and train your employees
- You need help developing a realistic plan to attain
your goals
Losing a tenant can cost nearly 4 times their
annual rent when you factor in broker fees, new tenant concessions and
improvement dollars.
The
Solution Implementing Customer Service and Retention programs can add
considerable value to your building(s). Operational Excellence is tied to six core threads that lead not only to tenant retention but to
increased profitability
Consider this:
-
To implement a Customer Service and Retention program costs only pennies per square foot a year
-
Retaining just one 20,000 sf tenant can save
$900K
Now the payoff becomes very clear!

Are You Aligned for Top
Performance? Creating an Efficient, Accountable and Profitable Organizational Design for your Real Estate
Department.
It is not unexpected to discover that Corporate Real Estate departments have often
developed in a rather ad hoc manner, frequently in direct response to core business space requirements. Before bringing new personnel into an
organization many companies first have to follow internal recruitment from within policies. Often as a result of these policies, seniority
rather than formal real estate training or experience become leading decision factors in filling key positions in Corporate Real Estate departments.
With the continual rise in real estate values, many corporate real estate portfolios have grown into multimillion dollar assets worthy of their own
strategy. The new, fast-paced world economy demands far greater agility and more immediate action than ever before. Therefore the need for Corporate
Real Estate departments staffed with highly-skilled personnel and aligned with their company’s core business is highly
critical.
